Mr. Pachos, the Managing Director of City Radio Taxis Pty Ltd, entered the transport industry in the late 80's as a Private Hire car driver. In the early 90's he purchased his first wheelchair taxi and by 1999 had expanded his 'Casuarina Taxis' fleet to 23 vehicles under the Darwin Radio Taxis network.
In 2009, City Radio Taxis, a 10 year establishment, with a fleet of 23 vehicles was purchased by the Director of Casuarina Taxis. The merger of both fleets under the City Radio Taxis banner brought the level of service in the Taxi industry to new heights.
In 2010, City Radio Taxis expanded their fleet yet again and branched off into the City Private Hire, City Palmerston and Rural Minibus service.
